{"id":16284,"date":"2019-12-29T09:28:55","date_gmt":"2019-12-29T08:28:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/?p=16284"},"modified":"2019-12-30T09:59:39","modified_gmt":"2019-12-30T08:59:39","slug":"prenova-vremenske-postaje-zaplana-december-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/?p=16284","title":{"rendered":"Prenova vremenske postaje Zaplana, december 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najzgodnej\u00c5\u00a1a meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ka opazovanja in meritve so se na sedanji lokaciji vremenske postaje Zaplana vr\u00c5\u00a1ila konec 90. let prej\u00c5\u00a1njega stoletja, vendar je kakovostnej\u00c5\u00a1e meritve omogo\u00c4\u008dila \u00c5\u00a1ele monta\u00c5\u00bea lesene meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ke hi\u00c5\u00a1ice jeseni 2002. Namen meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ke hi\u00c5\u00a1ice je za\u00c5\u00a1\u00c4\u008dita zlasti merilnikov temperature pred neposrednim sevanjem Sonca ter vplivom de\u00c5\u00beja in snega, da le-ti merijo dejansko temperaturo zraka. Termometri so name\u00c5\u00a1\u00c4\u008deni 2 m nad tlemi v hi\u00c5\u00a1ici, ki zaradi bele barve odbija \u00c4\u008dim ve\u00c4\u008dji del sevanja Sonca, zaradi prezra\u00c4\u008devalnih lamel pa skoznjo kro\u00c5\u00bei zrak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ka hi\u00c5\u00a1ica na Zaplani je bila pridobljena s strani Agencije RS za Okolje (ARSO), kot odslu\u00c5\u00beena hi\u00c5\u00a1ica je pri\u00c5\u00a1la z merilnega mesta Dobli\u00c4\u008de pri \u00c4\u0152rnomlju. Kot pri ve\u00c4\u008dini tovrstnih odslu\u00c5\u00beenih hi\u00c5\u00a1ic je bilo tudi v tem primeru zaradi gnitja lesa potrebno zamenjati ve\u00c4\u008dino nosilnega ogrodja in izdelati zgornjo streho. Kupljeni so bili standardni meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ki termometri za trenutno, najvi\u00c5\u00a1jo in najni\u00c5\u00bejo temperaturo zraka, z njimi so se konec oktobra leta 2002 v prenovljeni hi\u00c5\u00a1ici pri\u00c4\u008dele prve meritve. Leta 2005 je bil v hi\u00c5\u00a1ico dodan digitalni termometer, sicer del vremenske postaje, ki je omogo\u00c4\u008dala tudi meritve ostalih meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1kih spremenljivk (padavine, veter).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c5\u00bde pred desetimi leti so se pokazale prve po\u00c5\u00a1kodbe nosilnih stebri\u00c4\u008dkov obnovljene meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ke hi\u00c5\u00a1ice, ki so se v zadnjih letih stopnjevale do te mere, da bi lahko mo\u00c4\u008dnej\u00c5\u00a1i veter hi\u00c5\u00a1ico dvignil iz sicer mo\u00c4\u008dnega aluminijastega stojala. Ob pri\u00c4\u008dakovanem mo\u00c4\u008dnej\u00c5\u00a1em vetru je bilo potrebno zato hi\u00c5\u00a1ico dodatno privezovati na stojalo, pred viharnim jugozahodnikom v decembru 2017 pa so bili klasi\u00c4\u008dni termometri (polnjeni z alkoholom in \u00c5\u00beivim srebrom) iz nje preventivno celo umaknjeni. Zaradi prisotnega pogrezanja hi\u00c5\u00a1ice je bilo potrebno sneg ob obilnej\u00c5\u00a1ih sne\u00c5\u00beenjih \u00c4\u008distiti s strehe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poleti 2019 je bila kupljena meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ka hi\u00c5\u00a1ica najnovej\u00c5\u00a1e generacije, kakr\u00c5\u00a1ne so od nedavna v uporabi tudi v dr\u00c5\u00beavni meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ki mre\u00c5\u00bei samodejnih meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1kih postaj. Prezra\u00c4\u008devalne lamele so iz UV-odporne plastike, kovinsko nosilno ogrodje zagotavlja trdnost. Na podlagi pozitivnih primerjalnih \u00c5\u00a1tudij so prezra\u00c4\u008devalne lamele na zunanji strani bele, na notranji pa \u00c4\u008drne barve. Bela barva u\u00c4\u008dinkovito odbija sevanje Sonca, \u00c4\u008drne notranje lamele pa omogo\u00c4\u008dajo \u00c5\u00a1e ve\u00c4\u008djo &#8220;temo&#8221; v notranjosti meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ke hi\u00c5\u00a1ice in zmanj\u00c5\u00a1ujejo svetlobo, ki vendarle zaide v hi\u00c5\u00a1ico. Nova hi\u00c5\u00a1ica v primerjavi s predhodnico omogo\u00c4\u008da la\u00c5\u00beje vzdr\u00c5\u00beevanje, ve\u00c4\u008dji pretok zraka, hkrati pa nudi bolj\u00c5\u00a1o za\u00c5\u00a1\u00c4\u008dito pred Soncem, odbito svetlobo od tal ter napihanim snegom. V staro hi\u00c5\u00a1ico so ob\u00c4\u008dasno za\u00c5\u00a1li tudi pti\u00c4\u008di, \u00c4\u008desar se pri novi hi\u00c5\u00a1ici ne pri\u00c4\u008dakuje ve\u00c4\u008d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leto\u00c5\u00a1nji prazni\u00c4\u008dni decembrski dnevi so bili vsaj z vremenskega stali\u00c5\u00a1\u00c4\u008da nadvse ugodni za menjavo hi\u00c5\u00a1ice, \u00c4\u008deprav so pripravljalna dela potekala \u00c5\u00bee poleti. Skupaj z menjavo meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ke hi\u00c5\u00a1ice je namre\u00c4\u008d pri\u00c5\u00a1lo tudi do spremembe neposredne okolice vremenske postaje, ki je postala bolj odprta kot je bila pred tem. Mikrolokacija postaje se je sicer spremenila zgolj za dva metra v smeri jugovzhod.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posegi na meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ki hi\u00c5\u00a1ici so vedno problemati\u00c4\u008dni z vidika meritev, ki naj bi potekale neprekinjeno. Tako je bilo poskrbljeno, da so imela obnovitvena dela kar se da majhen vpliv na meritve temperature (meritve padavin in vetra seveda potekajo na drugem mestu). Sprva je bila odstranjena zgornja plasti\u00c4\u008dna valovita streha, ki je podalj\u00c5\u00a1evala \u00c5\u00beivljenjsko dobo lesene strehe pod njo. Umaknjeni so bili klasi\u00c4\u008dni teko\u00c4\u008dinski termometri, tik pred ru\u00c5\u00a1ilnimi deli pa je bil termometer samodejne vremenske postaje, katere podatki so v \u00c5\u00beivo dostopni na spletnih straneh Podnebje Zaplane, premaknjen v novo meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ko hi\u00c5\u00a1ico, za\u00c4\u008dasno postavljeni v bli\u00c5\u00beini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/hiska4.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[16284]\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16299\" src=\"http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/hiska4-796x600.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"286\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/hiska4-796x600.jpg 796w, http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/hiska4-130x98.jpg 130w, http:\/\/www.slometeo.net\/zaplana\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/hiska4.jpg 812w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/><\/a><em>Provizori\u00c4\u008dno postavljena nova meteorolo\u00c5\u00a1ka hi\u00c5\u00a1ica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u00c5\u00a1ilna dela stare hi\u00c5\u00a1ice so se pri\u00c4\u008dela. Ti v nasprotju s sodobno merilno tehnologijo delujejo &#8220;ne glede na vse&#8221;.
